Advertise to landlords in your area

Reach landlords in your area at the moment they're looking at rents, yields and licensing for the place you work.

Who sees it

Landlord Sums has free calculators and guides for UK landlords. Our area pages show local rents, prices and yields, and our licensing pages tell landlords whether they need a council licence. The people reading them are landlords, and would-be landlords, with property in that area.

What you get

• One agent per area. You're the only letting agent shown on that area's pages.
• Three places: the area's rent page, the rent checker whenever a landlord checks their rent in your area, and, in London, the borough's licensing page.
• Your name, logo, a short description, your phone number and a link to your landlord page.
• Clearly labelled as sponsored, as UK advertising rules require.

What it looks like

Our rules

• Sponsorship never changes our figures, rankings or guides.
• We never show sponsored listings inside our tax and buying calculators.
• Agents must be members of a government-approved redress scheme and a client money protection scheme.
